Terms of service
These terms govern EPR Scan, a rules-based packaging compliance checker and digital report service operated from Poland.
Operator and contact
YAS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, trading as EPR Scan, ul. Szlak 77/222, 31-153 Kraków, Poland. KRS 0001166122; NIP 6793327784; REGON 541401303. Contact: [email protected].
The service and its limits
EPR Scan provides rules-based general compliance information from published rulesets and recorded official sources. It does not replace advice based on a seller’s complete circumstances. “No action found” means only that no action was found for the entered facts within the published coverage. Uncertainty is shown as “Needs review” rather than converted into a definitive conclusion.
Order, price and delivery
A personal report costs €79 for one to three supported countries before any tax shown in Stripe Checkout. The final total is displayed before payment. A contract is formed when payment is confirmed. The report is then generated as an immutable snapshot of the submitted answers, result, official-source references and exact ruleset versions used.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
Before payment, a consumer who wants immediate delivery must actively accept this statement:
I expressly request immediate delivery of the digital report before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that, once the report is fully delivered, I lose my right to withdraw, and I accept the Terms of Service.
Where the statutory digital-content exception applies, the right to withdraw ends only after full delivery and only if the required prior consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation were provided. If those conditions are not met, mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Complaints, conformity and refunds
Send service or report complaints to [email protected] with the order or report reference. We respond within 14 days on a durable medium. Mandatory consumer remedies for non-conforming digital content, including correction, price reduction or termination where applicable, remain available. Refunds due under mandatory law are made within 14 days using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost.
Corrections and updates
A later ruleset update does not silently rewrite a purchased report. Material source or product errors are handled through an audited correction process. A new assessment creates a new result.
Liability and mandatory rights
We are responsible for providing the digital service in conformity with the contract and mandatory law. We do not guarantee outcomes outside the recorded facts and published ruleset coverage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Law and dispute resolution
Polish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence. Statutory consumer jurisdiction remains unchanged. After first submitting a complaint to us, consumers may use an authorised Polish consumer ADR body listed by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
