Coverage
Coverage has three separate meanings. EPR Scan reports them independently so a selectable country is not mistaken for a complete legal answer.
Destination selection
All 27 EU Member States are available in one alphabetical checker list. This is product scope, not a claim that every national rule is complete.
Calculation coverage
The live capability response shows whether the required reviewed rule package and delivery path are active. Unsupported or incomplete branches remain explicit.
Public country guidance
A country page is indexed only when its evidence package is current and its internal reviewer identity has a public profile with role and competence. Until then it displays “Source review pending” and stays outside the sitemap.
