Editorial and legal review policy
Search visibility never overrides evidence quality. Drafts and translations remain outside the index until their required approvals are recorded.
Required page evidence
A compliance article needs a direct answer, applicability scope, ordered next steps, realistic sales-flow examples, known gaps, contextual links and two to five official sources with exact support notes and access dates.
Required identities and versions
Indexable guidance identifies a real author and qualified reviewer, publication and review dates, the applicable source or ruleset version and a dated change log. Tool names, AI systems and placeholder identities cannot be reviewers.
Localization gate
German, French and Spanish interfaces may be available before search publication. A translated page enters hreflang and the sitemap only after named language and legal reviewers approve that exact route.
Corrections
A source change updates the content, evidence version, reviewed date and change log together. Unconfirmed claims are marked as unknown, removed or held noindex until reviewed.
