Methodology
The method keeps seller facts, legal review and product output separate so that missing evidence cannot silently become a confident conclusion.
1. Describe each real sales flow
A flow records destination, channel, dispatch, storage, fulfilment, customer type and the parties acting as seller, importer, goods owner or packaging party. Materially different routes remain separate.
2. Apply versioned deterministic rules
The calculation engine runs only published rulesets. Every result preserves the assessment revision, ruleset checksum and source references used at that moment.
3. Preserve uncertainty
An unknown actor, unsupported rule branch or incomplete evidence produces a review state. It is never converted into “no action found”.
4. Separate calculation and public SEO review
A technically published ruleset can support product calculations while a country guide remains noindex. Public “Reviewed” status additionally requires an approved reviewer profile and the page-specific publication gate.
